Kongo Demokratik Cumhuriyeti'nin Mai-Ndombe eyaletinde Kongo Nehri açıklarında şiddetli rüzgar nedeniyle alabora olan tekne battı. İçişleri ve Güvenlik İşlerinden Sorumlu Eyalet Bakanı Crispin Ipondo Bonda yaptığı açıklamada, başkent Kinşasa'dan Inongo'ya giden teknenin batması sonucu 13 kişinin öldüğünü, 17 kişinin ise kurtarıldığını söyledi.
