Yerel basında çıkan haberlerde, Cumhurbaşkanı Umaro Sissoco Embalo'nun Kabine Toplantısı yaptığı esnada Cumhurbaşkanlığı Sarayı etrafında silah sesleri duyulduğu kaydedildi.
